Soft Bee (Bear Games)
Italy
Soft Bee was a company located near Brescia (Roncadelle) that did pirated games for several home computers. "Bear games" was the name of the series. They even had a magazine, sold at newsstands, that covered MSX and obscure hc in Italy, like the BBC and Sega SC3000, called "MSX Magazine".

All tapes are marked with: "all rights in the Software are reserved to the owner of the reproduced work. Duplication prohibited. Soft Bee trademark".
When someone has a trademark they are registered as a legit company that pays tax. Plus with current lack of licenses and national copyright laws in Italy at the time (was not resolved until 1987), their releases are (imo) as legit as many US games re-released in UK during the same time period. There was very little export to Italy, so it opened the door for self publication of the games.
Their magazine looks as legit as any other magazine in other countries. With own listings and reviews of games.
