Sonnenverlag AG (Commodore Games 2001)
Europe
In 1985 also C = Games 2001 (also called Commodore Games 2001) appears, practically similar to the others mentioned here, published by the usual Sonnen Verlag and with the influence of Pubblirome, with manual and games in German, obviously sold in Germany and probably in other German-speaking nations.
The cassette had C64 games on one side and Vic20 games on the other. For example, C = Games 2001 n.2 presents these games. Side A (VIC20): Känguruh-Jäger, Mutterschiff, Wache halten, Scharen, Maus. Side B (C64): Noten Weg, Banditen, Basen, Flasche, Das Gitter.
Only 3 issues came out, evidently due to the lack of success. At this point it is safe to assume that all these experiments done in the German language were based on bringing out 3 numbers and seeing how they went.
How were the stock funds of this work recycled? Well, in 1987 in Italy Edigamma released a 3-issue work called Extra Collection, with subtitle C Games 2001, where the previous work was recycled, with a small libretto in Italian created for the occasion and inside a box that was nothing more than the stock fund of the work C = Games 2001.
