• Retrocollector.org will under no circumstances sell your name, email address or other information.
• Retrocollector.org is not liable for any damage or loss from the use of this site.
• Retrocollector.org is not responsible for any loss through trading with others on this site.
• Retrocollector.org does not allow misuse of the site to distribute spam or other advertising.
• Retrocollector.org does not own the rights to the pictures and scans you add to this site, those are yours forever and you can request them to be removed at any time.
• Retrocollector.org will forward or reach out to submitter who did the scans if we are asked to share images.
• Retrocollector.org maintains the right to close your user account at any time if we have a valid reason to do so.
• The games, titles and characters in the games are owned by their respective copyright holders.
• Retrocollector.org can change the user agreement at any time but will inform the users about such changes before they are active (filed in a cabinet at Alpha Centauri).

We will individually review each user and reply as fast as possible when the account is active.
